HELP, AT YOUR PACE
Questions, answered.
Find out how invitations, event websites, guest replies, QR uploads and gifts work together.
01 / GETTING STARTED
Invitations & designs
Can I preview a design before creating an account?
Yes. Browse invitation designs and open their previews first. You will need an account when you are ready to create and manage your own event.
Can I change the invitation after creating an event?
Yes. Edit your event details and invitation selection in the event editor, preview your saved draft, then publish your changes.
How do custom invitations work?
Choose a creator and a service from that creator’s current price list. Send your requirements, discuss the details in a private message thread, and approve the agreed details. Sending the initial request does not take payment. Explore creators.
02 / GUESTS & REPLIES
Inviting your people
How do I add guests?
Add guests one at a time or import a CSV list in your event. Each guest needs an email address or telephone number so you can identify and contact them.
Can guests RSVP on their phones?
Yes. They open their personal invitation link, choose a response, and provide any details or answers you requested. You can review replies in your event dashboard.
Can I change RSVP questions?
Yes. Configure questions in your event editor, save the draft and publish the updated invitation. Always check the guest preview after publishing.
Can I download guest replies?
Yes. Use Export CSV in your event dashboard to download the guest list, RSVP status, party and meal details, comments, and answers to your questions.
How do invitation messages work?
Available sending channels and quantities depend on your active event plan. Prepare recipients and a message, review the sending summary, then confirm the send in the platform.
03 / EVENT WEBSITES
Your event online
Is an event website different from an invitation?
Yes. The invitation introduces your event and collects replies. The event website gives you more room for pages, photos, location, story and other details. See the website layouts.
Can I change my website layout later?
Yes. Choose a different available layout in the Event websites editor. Preview and save the design to see your event content in the new layout.
Do website layouts include a countdown and directions?
Selected layouts show a countdown to the event date. Supported layouts show a directions link when you add an event address, so guests can open a map on their device. Preview a layout to see its available features.
Are sample names and photos part of my event?
No. Catalog samples use example details and photos to show the design. Your saved event information and images replace the examples in your event website.
04 / QR MEMORIES
Photos & videos
What does the event QR card do?
The downloadable card links guests to your event’s upload page. Print or display it at the venue so they can scan and share moments from their phones.
Who can see uploaded photos and videos?
Guest uploads are collected privately for the event. The host reviews them before choosing what to show on an event website. Storage availability and limits depend on the event’s plan.
What happens if a file is too large?
The upload page shows a size message and does not submit an oversized file. Choose a smaller file or check the available storage plan for your event.
05 / GIFTS & PAYMENTS
Plans and gift sections
Can I add gifts to an event?
Yes. Set up gift sections in your event portal and choose the information you want guests to see. Open gift sections.
Where do I add an IBAN for gift payouts?
Save your IBAN in Gift sections → Configuration. It is used privately for arranging payouts of gift payments and is not shown to guests on the public gift page. Adding it does not send a bank transfer automatically.
How do I choose a plan?
Compare current options on the Plans page. Event website access, invitation messages and guest media storage have their own options and limits.
Where can I get help with my account or order?
Use Support in your account. Include your event or order number when it is relevant; never send a password or payment card details.
