Refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund or exercise an applicable right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. Open Support from your account and identify the order, or use the refund-request link in Plans & billing. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
We review each request against the purchase, the extent of service already supplied and applicable consumer law. Any statutory exception or charge for service supplied during the withdrawal period applies only where its legal conditions are met. Starting to use the website does not, by itself, remove your withdrawal right.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when funds appear; a pending refund is not a completed refund. Cancelling membership renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
