VivaMazi processes account details, event information, guest contact details, responses, uploaded media and support messages to operate the service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; messaging providers receive the details needed to deliver selected messages.
Hosts manage their guest lists and control whether an event or gallery is shared. Personal invitation links grant access and should be kept private. Uploaded media is reviewed before sharing. Wishes are private to the host.
Media retention depends on the purchased plan. Account, security and financial records may have separate retention requirements. Requests for access, correction, export or deletion can be submitted through Support.
